Moncler Gamme Bleu- Menswear Fashion Show Fall / Winter 2013/14 (With Itw)
A rendez-vous in the snowy woods in the heart of scotland with thick fog and dead knights in armor at the feet of trees. thom browne, artistic director of gamme bleu, sets the scene and the heroes parade armed with their arrows. the traditional codes of scottish fashion are truly present like tartan, kilts, shetland knitwear, or pleats but treated in a way that drifts between sportswear and a technical nature, tailoring and an urban spirit. quilted capes are reversible, kilts become long skirts, pleats finish off jackets, trousers are padded and the total look works pretty well... a timeless show marked by the creative originality.

thom browne : we\'re in scotland, and taking traditions of scotland, the fabrics, the tartans and also the kilts, and playing with them and making them relevant for moncler.
from the beginning it was important for me to incorporate what i do best, which is tailoring and bring it to the world of moncler and that\'s what gamme bleu has come to be known for.
